How do I get the one drive to sync my office computer files to my laptop? It is set up but the files don’t update. Thank you. Use and sign in with the Web version of Office 365 here: https://outlook.office.com/owa/arts.ac.uk You shouldn’t need to sync, hope this helps!
There are two possible solutions to this question, try opening the old video file in Quicktime and then exporting it in a newer format, if that doesn’t work try the Handbrake file converting software.
